16 Panel Drug Test - #1 BEST Drug Test Cup

+ 3 Adulterant Validity Tests

Get broad preliminary screening results with our 16-Panel Urine Drug Test Cup, featuring dedicated panels for EtG, FYL/FEN, K2, Kratom (KRA), Tramadol (TRA), PCP, and other commonly tested substances.

In addition to 16 substance panels, the cup includes 3 integrated specimen validity indicators—pH, Creatinine (CRE), and Specific Gravity (SG)—to provide additional information about the urine specimen.

Each cup contains integrated test panels, an easy-to-secure lid, and a built-in temperature strip for checking specimen temperature at the time of collection.

Results can be read in approximately 5 minutes.

Key Features

  • 16-Panel Screening: Tests for AMP, BUP, BZO, COC, EtG, FYL/FEN, K2, KRA, MET, MTD, MDMA, OPI, OXY, PCP, THC, and TRA.
  • 3 Specimen Validity Indicators: Includes pH, Creatinine (CRE), and Specific Gravity (SG).
  • Expanded Screening: Includes dedicated EtG, FYL/FEN, K2, KRA, Tramadol, and PCP panels.
  • Fast, Easy-to-Read Results: Clearly marked control and test lines allow for interpretation of preliminary results in approximately 5 minutes.
  • Reliable Performance: Built to meet high standards for quality and consistency.
  • Secure Lid: Designed to help prevent leaks during handling.
  • Built-In Temperature Strip: Helps confirm specimen temperature is within the expected range at the time of collection.

  • Individually Packaged: Each test cup is individually sealed for convenient storage and use.
  • Extended Shelf Life: Convenient for stocking and ongoing testing needs.
  • Fast U.S. Shipping: Orders placed by the cutoff time (3:00 PM ET) typically ship the same business day from our U.S. location.
  • For Forensic Use Only (FUO).

16-Panel Test Configuration & Cutoff Levels

Substance Code Cutoff Level
Amphetamines AMP 1000 ng/mL
Buprenorphine BUP 10 ng/mL
Benzodiazepines BZO 300 ng/mL
Cocaine COC 300 ng/mL
Alcohol Metabolite (EtG) EtG 500 ng/mL
Fen FYL/FEN 200 ng/mL
K2 / Synthetic Cannabinoids K2 50 ng/mL
KRA (7-Hydroxymitragynine) KRA 250 ng/mL
Methamphetamine MET/mAMP 1000 ng/mL
Methadone MTD 300 ng/mL
Ecstasy (MDMA) MDMA 500 ng/mL
Opiates OPI300 300 ng/mL
Oxycodone OXY 100 ng/mL
Phencyclidine PCP 25 ng/mL
Marijuana THC 50 ng/mL
Tramadol TML/TRA 100 ng/mL

Specimen Validity Testing

Three integrated indicators provide additional information about the urine specimen and can help identify potentially abnormal or diluted samples.

Validity Indicator What It Measures Reference Range
pH Measures the specimen's acidity or alkalinity 4.0–9.0
Creatinine (CRE) Helps assess specimen concentration and possible dilution 20–300 mg/dL
Specific Gravity (SG) Measures urine density/concentration 1.003–1.030

Specimen validity indicators should be interpreted according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable testing procedures. An abnormal validity result does not, by itself, establish why a specimen falls outside an expected range.

Typical Urine Detection Windows

Detection windows are approximate and can vary considerably based on the substance, dose, frequency of use, metabolism, hydration, and other individual factors.

Substance Approx. Detection Window*
Amphetamines 2–4 days
Buprenorphine 2–6 days
Benzodiazepines 1–6 weeks
Cocaine 2–7 days
Alcohol Metabolite (EtG) Up to 4–5 days
Fen Up to 3 days
K2 / Synthetic Cannabinoids 1–2 days
KRA (7-Hydroxymitragynine) Up to 24 hours
Methamphetamine 2–5 days
Methadone 1–3 days
Ecstasy (MDMA) 2–4 days
Opiates 2–4 days
Oxycodone 1–2 days
Phencyclidine (PCP) 7–14 days
Marijuana (THC) Up to 14 days or longer
Tramadol Up to 5 days

*Important: Detection windows are estimates and should not be interpreted as guaranteed minimum or maximum detection times.

Expanded Screening

This 16-panel configuration includes dedicated panels for EtG Alcohol, FYL/FEN, K2/Synthetic Cannabinoids,KRA, Tramadol (TRA), and PCP, providing broader screening beyond many traditional multi-panel configurations.

  • EtG Alcohol: Screens for ethyl glucuronide, an alcohol metabolite, at a 500 ng/mL cutoff.
  • FYL/FEN: Dedicated screening at a 200 ng/mL cutoff, independent of the standard Opiates (OPI) panel.
  • K2 / Synthetic Cannabinoids: Dedicated K2 screening at a 50 ng/mL cutoff, separate from the traditional THC panel.
  • KRA (7-Hydroxymitragynine): Dedicated KRA screening at a 250 ng/mL cutoff.
  • Tramadol (TRA): Dedicated Tramadol screening at a 100 ng/mL cutoff.
  • PCP: Dedicated Phencyclidine screening at a 25 ng/mL cutoff.

Clear Results

Each panel contains a Control (C) line and Test (T) line.

  • Negative: Two lines appear—one at C and one at T. A faint T line should still be interpreted according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Preliminary Positive: A C line appears but no T line appears for that substance.
  • Invalid: The control (C) line does not appear. The test should be repeated with a new device.

Always refer to the included product instructions before interpreting results.

Ideal For

  • Treatment & Recovery Programs: Broad screening for traditional substances plus EtG, FYL/FEN, K2, KRA, Tramadol, and PCP.
  • Behavioral Health Programs: Multi-panel screening with integrated specimen validity indicators for routine testing needs.
  • Workplace Screening: Convenient preliminary screening with additional specimen validity information.
  • Professional Screening: All-in-one testing for programs requiring broader substance coverage and specimen validity indicators.

How Urine Drug Screening Works

The integrated test strips use lateral-flow immunoassay technology to detect specific drugs or metabolites in urine at or above each panel's designated cutoff concentration.

A preliminary positive result should not be considered definitive. When confirmation is required, an appropriate laboratory confirmation method, such as GC-MS or LC-MS/MS, should be used in accordance with applicable procedures.

Important Information

  • Results are qualitative and intended for preliminary screening.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions included with each test.
  • Detection times vary by individual and substance.
  • Specimen validity indicators provide screening information about the specimen and should be interpreted according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Do not use after the expiration date printed on the packaging.
  • Store according to the manufacturer's storage instructions.
  • Preliminary positive results should be confirmed using an appropriate laboratory method when confirmation is required.
  • For Forensic Use Only (FUO).
