Expanded Screening

This 13-panel configuration includes dedicated panels for KRA, K2/Synthetic Cannabinoids, FYL/FEN, and EtG Alcohol, providing broader screening beyond many traditional multi-panel configurations.

KRA: Dedicated screening at a 250 ng/mL cutoff.
K2 / Synthetic Cannabinoids: Dedicated K2 screening at a 50 ng/mL cutoff, separate from the traditional THC panel.
FYL/FEN: Dedicated screening at a 200 ng/mL cutoff, independent of the standard Opiates (OPI) panel.
EtG Alcohol: Screens for ethyl glucuronide, an alcohol metabolite, at a 500 ng/mL cutoff.

Clear Results

Each panel contains a Control (C) line and Test (T) line.

Negative: Two lines appear—one at C and one at T. A faint T line should still be interpreted according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Preliminary Positive: A C line appears but no T line appears for that substance.
Invalid: The control (C) line does not appear. The test should be repeated with a new device.

How Urine Drug Screening Works

The integrated test strips use lateral-flow immunoassay technology to detect specific drugs or metabolites in urine at or above each panel's designated cutoff concentration.

A preliminary positive result should not be considered definitive. When confirmation is required, an appropriate laboratory confirmation method, such as GC-MS or LC-MS/MS, should be used in accordance with applicable procedures.
